Each exclusive cookie sandwich is uniquely handcrafted with a rich buttercream, boasting of exceptional flavor and made with careful attention to detail. The composition of each cookie sandwich is thoughtfully designed and created with fine ingredients, many of them being organic and locally sourced.

Cookies are sold within the state of Virginia only and shipping is not available at this time.​

It is important to note that The Crassy Cookie is not an allergen-free business. All baked goods are made in a kitchen where nuts are present, specifically pecans, walnuts, and peanuts. All baked goods may contain or come into contact with food products that contain dairy, eggs, cocoa, soy and other ingredients which may cause an allergic reaction.

The Crassy Cookie does not offer gluten-free or vegan options for ordering.

All cookie sandwiches are sold by the dozen. The Signature Collection is sold as such and cannot be interchanged with other cookies available to purchase.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. The Crassy Cookie is closed on weekends for ordering. Pick-up is available on Fridays only between 9am and 6pm.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

Orders must be placed by Wednesday for pick-up on Friday of current week. Orders placed after Wednesday will move to the following week. Friday pick-up is between 9am and 6pm. Sometimes conflicts in scheduling happen and with advanced notice, there is a two-hour grace period for pick-up. After 6pm, cookies may be found in the Cookie Cooler for front porch pick-up. Cookies that are not picked up by 8pm will be forfeited. Refunds are not available. Pricing available soon.

Debit and/or credit transactions are processed through the website to ensure a trusted and secure transaction. After payment is received a receipt will be sent via e-mail for your convenience. PayPal is available upon request. Cash payment is only accepted at community events, farmer’s markets, craft fairs or pop-up sales.

 

CUSTOM ORDERING

Any order exceeding 4 dozen is considered a custom order. If requested, there is a minimum of an additional 15% fee for custom packaging.

All custom orders require a minimum of 10 days notice. 50% of payment is also required upon placing an order. Please note that inquiring about an order does not reserve a space on the schedule.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Crassy Cookie is located in Spotsylvania Courthouse, Virginia. Excluding custom orders, all orders may be picked up at the residential bakery location during business hours on Fridays only. Please be aware that if cookies are not picked up by 6pm on Friday, items will be forfeited and there will be no refund available.
